ONSTED — The investigation into the disappearance of Lenawee County resident Lynette Hooker in the Bahamas is intensifying, as new concerns emerge about her husband’s account.
Authorities in Abaco continue to hold and question him after his arrest earlier this week, though no charges have been filed.
Investigators say they are reviewing inconsistencies in his statement, while family members, including Hooker’s daughter, have publicly raised concerns about prior domestic issues.
The U.S. Coast Guard has also opened a criminal investigation. Hooker remains missing as search efforts continue.
