Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department provided an update on COVID-19 numbers on Friday.
They reported on Friday that there were 15 new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
The number of hospitalizations is now at 8 people… and there has been 1 COVID-19 deaths since Thursday, increasing the total number to 116.
91% of the 5,820 total confirmed cases are considered discontinued from isolation and improving, with 6% monitoring at home.
Statewide on Thursday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported that there were 888 new confirmed cases.
There were 85 new COVID-19 deaths reported statewide Thursday…with 72 of them identified during a Vital Records Review. There have now been 15,273 total deaths from the virus.
The MDHHS reports that there have been 1,699,504 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine administered statewide as of February 16th. There have been 16,925 doses administered in Lenawee County.
