Adrian, MI – Dee Warner has been declared dead by Lenawee County Probate Court Judge Catherine Sala. Dee went missing from her Munger Road home in late April, 2021 and has not been seen from or heard from since.
Her husband, Dale Warner, was arrested and charged with killing Dee in November of 2023…and is currently lodged in the Lenawee county jail while he awaits trial.
Judge Sala listened to hours of testimony last year during the declaration of death trial for Dee. Family, friends, and law enforcement testified that she could not be missing, but rather, was dead.
Thousands of acres of land have been searched in an effort to find Dee… with no luck. Family reached out to multiple outlets Monday to report the news. WLEN News reached out to the Probate Court Office for a statement.
