Adrian, MI – Site improvements at the Lenawee Historical Society in Adrian are almost complete. The exterior work has been completed on the building, and they are in the process of replacing the current signage.
The Society says that the existing sign is beginning to deteriorate and is to be replaced with a new one. The Adrian Arbor of the Gleaner Life Insurance Society is funding the purchase of a new sign for the building.
The new sign will be perpendicular to the building and located near the statue of Laura Haviland where it will be clearly visible to traffic moving in all directions on both E. Church Street and Main Street, as well as from the intersection.
They plan to install solar powered lights to improve visibility after dark.
