ADRIAN — WLEN is being recognized at the state level for award-winning local programming.
The statewide recognition from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters. The station, along with host Kathy Williams, earned the 2026 Best in Podcast Series award for the Inside ProMedica Podcast.
The program airs on WLEN 103.9 FM and Lenawee TV, highlighting local health care topics, medical updates and interviews connected to ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital.
The annual Broadcast Excellence Awards honor top radio and television work from stations across Michigan.
