LENAWEE CO. — The Lenawee County Health Department and Lenawee Youth Council will mark World No Tobacco Day with the Clothesline Project in Adrian.

On May 11, teens will hang 129 shirts outside the Human Services Building on Winter Street, each representing a tobacco-related death in Lenawee County last year.

The display will remain for about two weeks. Health officials say tobacco remains a leading cause of preventable death.
