Jeffery Allan Double, age 60, of Addison, MI. passed away suddenly at his residence. Jeff was born March 4, 1966, in Hudson, MI, the son of Ivan D. and Charolett L. (Ford) Double.
Jeff was a graduate of Addison High School. In his school years he was involved with 4-H and excelled with anything dealing with art. He used that gift later in life when making bracelets, and other things from leather and different materials. His passion was working with horses, in many ways, all over the country.
Left to carry on his legacy are his siblings Tom Double, Connie (Dave) Hudson, Howard (Stacey) Double and Matt (Laurie) Double, several aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, and a brother Timothy Double.
Cremation has taken place, and the family is going to gather and celebrate Jeffs life on May 9, 2026, at the Addison Kiwanis club house at 17335 Manitou Beach Road, Addison, MI 49220, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation. Friends can express sympathies to the family online by visiting the tribute wall at www.brownvanhemert.com. Arrangements have been made with the guidance of the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home, Addison.
