Adrian College to Host Constitution Day Speaker

ADRIAN — Adrian College will mark Constitution Day later this month with a special talk.

On Wednesday, September 17, Professor Nadine Strossen will give the annual Philip J. Prygoski Constitution Day Address. The program begins at noon in Knight Auditorium.

Strossen is a law professor emerita from New York Law School and a former president of the American Civil Liberties Union. She is widely known for her work on free speech and civil liberties.

Her talk is titled “Does Free Speech Go Too Far?” and is expected to last about 50 minutes. The event is free and open to the public.

It is co-sponsored by the Romney Institute for Law and Public Policy at Adrian College and the Voices for Liberty Initiative at George Mason University.
