
Thursday, May 2nd Afternoon Update: The Downtown Adrian Main Street DDA has rescheduled all the outdoor activities for May’s First Friday until June 7th. Due to the rain and possible thunderstorms forecasted the outdoor events have been moved to June. The Pawsport will also be moved to June. Downtown Adrian businesses will still be open with specials and activities for the usual First Friday! Walk n’ Wag at Dog Days with the Lenawee Humane Society will also be at June’s First Friday.
Adrian, MI – The Downtown Adrian Main Street DDA and the Adrian First Friday Committee will be presenting the May First Friday event ‘Walk N’ Wag at Dog Days’ tomorrow evening.
In partnership with the Lenawee Humane Society, The Wagley Group, and over 30 downtown businesses, Walk N’ Wag at Dog Days will feature the following activities: Pup Activities include: a Pet Parade, face painting, balloon animals, chalk drawings, life size Jenga, life size connect four, dog kissing booth, dog agility contests, and the popular ‘animal contests’.
There will also be a ‘Maggie Meet & Greet’. Dalmatian Maggie will be at First Friday, meeting her fans, and showing off one of her puppies. Aside from the dogs, First Friday will feature live entertainment, downtown business activities and specials.
Should the event need to be rescheduled due to weather, Walk n’ Wag at Dog Days would move to the June First Friday.
