Tecumseh, MI – Tecumseh City Council voted, unanimously, to award a bid to paint the Water Tower. The project will be in the hands of E & L Painting, out of Howell, Michigan…and will cost the City roughly $366,000.
The City notes that the tower was constructed in 1993, and this painting will extend its useful life. Tecumseh Council noted that during the painting, the tower will be unavailable as a backup and will be out of service for 55 days. Water flow will be restricted during that time.
