Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission recently heard a presentation from a developer about the shuttered Bixby Hospital site that would include the demolition of the structure and building of new build-to-rent units.
The City has entertained housing opportunities at the former McKinley School property and Garfield School land, but projects have not taken place.
