Adrian, MI – The recently-approved City of Adrian budget for the upcoming fiscal year will include a subscription to a program called Flock…which is used by police agencies to capture images of license plates to assist them with investigations.
Police Chief Vince Emrick vouched for using the program, and says that the department has utilized information from other agencies to assist them in alleged crimes as recent as a shooting on McVicar Street earlier this month…
Flock will cost $3,000 per year, per camera, and the city will have ten cameras installed.
