Adrian, MI – A tentative trial date has been set to determine whether or not missing Lenawee County woman Dee Warner can be legally considered dead.
Dee has been missing from her Munger Road home since April, 2021. Her brother, Greg Hardy told WLEN News that there has been a Declaration of Death filed with the Lenawee County Probate Court.
Greg said that this could be a landmark case…
The trial will be with a jury, with the two sides arguing their cases. Hardy said that his side will try to prove that Dee is legally dead, while her husband…Dale… and legal team, will try to prove that she is not.
Greg told WLEN News that the hearing and trial dates have both been set for March…
