Tecumseh, MI – Tecumseh Public Schools Superintendent Rick Hilderley has earned high marks during his most recent annual evaluation with the school district.
The Board of Education has rated Superintendent Hilderley ‘highly effective’ for the 2022 calendar year.
The annual evaluation is based on a multicategory scoring system by the Michigan Association of School Boards. The system rates a superintendent on a scale of 1 to 4, with 4 considered ‘highly effective.’
The evaluation consists of a self-evaluation from the superintendent and one from the school board. Superintendent Hilderley has held the top job at Tecumseh Public Schools since November 2019.
