Adrian, MI – A former Clinton Band Boosters Treasurer has entered a plea to one count of embezzlement in Lenawee County Circuit Court.
Nanette Stewart pleaded guilty to one count of Embezzlement – Agent or Trustee $1,000 or more, but less than $20,000. Two other felony counts against Stewart are planned to be dismissed at sentencing.
A restitution hearing is scheduled for February 8th, and sentencing is set for February 17th…both in the courtroom of Anna Marie Anzalone.
