Adrian, MI – Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County has set a local fundraising goal as part of a statewide effort to provide vital financial support to Habitat Affiliates that have been severely affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The local goal of $3,924 will pay off the loan balances owed to Habitat by Home Repair Clients.

Problems such as leaky roofs, mold, drafty windows, and the like threaten the health, safety, and financial security of Lenawee families and cause further concern beyond the risk of contracting COVID-19.

Through their Repairs Program, Habitat Lenawee offers loans that allow these clients, and many more, to complete home repairs at a fraction of the cost.

Through the Power of Home campaign, Consumers Energy will donate $1 for every $2 raised through individual Habitat donations, up to $100,000.
