Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services continue to update the public on COVID-19.
The LCHD reported 30 new cases over the weekend, with 9 in the hospital, and zero additional deaths… keeping the countywide death toll at 118.
In Lenawee, 94% of the total confirmed cases are discontinued from isolation and improving, with 4% monitoring at home.
Statewide on Monday, the MDHHS reported 1,569 new COVID-19 cases from Sunday and Monday. Over those two days, there were 12 virus deaths reported.
As of Friday, there were 47,892 active COVID-19 cases in Michigan, with 752 people in the hospital who are confirmed COVID-19 positive.
