How Many Lenawee County Jobs Were Retained by the Paycheck Protection Program?

Lenawee County, MI – The U.S. Small Business Administration released data that showed more than 40,000 jobs in Michigan’s 7th District… which includes Lenawee County… were retained as a result of the Paycheck Protection Program.

An overview of jobs retained, released by U.S. Congressman Tim Walberg, broke down the Lenawee County numbers.

There were 2,798 jobs retained in the City of Adrian. The City of Tecumseh had 1,092 jobs retained. Clinton had 503 jobs retained. Hudson had 392…Cement City had 207…and Blissfield had 117 jobs retained.

Funding for the Paycheck Protection Program is still available, and the deadline for small businesses to apply for a forgivable loan has been extended to August 8th.
