Adrian, MI – The Shell gas station at the corner of Beecher Street and Main Street in Adrian was robbed Monday night.
City of Adrian Police Chief Vince Emrick reported to WLEN News that two suspects robbed the business at around 10:20pm at knifepoint.
The first suspect…who was armed… was described by police as a Hispanic male, wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, jeans, glasses, and a mask. The second suspect stood off to the side, their clothing was unknown, but they were wearing a mask.
Multiple Lenawee County agencies responded to the scene.
The Adrian Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two suspects, who are still at large.
A robbery of the 7 Eleven convenience store on the corner of Division and Beecher Streets happened early Sunday morning. There were also two suspects, and the robbery was also done at knifepoint. It is unclear at this time if the two robberies are related.
