Drugs Seized While Executing Search Warrants in Adrian

“ADRIAN – RHINO Narcotics executed a search warrant at approximately 10 a.m., on Wednesday, May 8th, in the 400 block of Church Street. Officers seized cocaine and crack cocaine. One suspect was lodged in the Lenawee County Jail on delivery charges.

RHINO was assisted at the scene by the MSP-Monroe Post/Adrian Detachment, MSP K-9 14 and the Adrian Police Department.

ADRIAN – RHINO Narcotics executed a search warrant at approximately 10 a.m., on Friday, May 10th, in the 300 block of Tecumseh Street. Officers seized cocaine, crack cocaine and 65 bindles of fentanyl.

A bindle is a small envelope made by folding a square piece of paper, often used for carrying powdered drugs such as cocaine or heroin. They are popular because it requires no tape, glue or fasteners and does not leak when folded correctly.

One suspect was arrested at the scene on two outstanding warrants. Additional charges are pending.

RHINO was assisted at the scene by the MSP-Monroe Post/Adrian Detachment, MSP K-9 14, the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office and the Adrian Police Department.
