On Wednesday, October 17th, 2018, Jacob Karl Cooper, age 24, a resident of the city of Adrian, was arraigned on two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the second degree, following an investigation that began in June of 2018. Cooper is free on bond awaiting preliminary examination.
The charges stem from incidents that occurred while Cooper was employed as a swim coach and lifeguard during 2013.
