Patricia A. Waldfogel, age 81, of Adrian, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Lenawee Medical Care Facility. She was born on August 8, 1943, in Haleyville, Alabama to the late Ernest and May (Setliff) Norris. On December 27, 1983, Pat married Gene Waldfogel in Adrian and he preceded her in death on November 4, 1999. She eventually found companionship with Gary Mohr, and she spent the rest of his life with him.
Pat worked as a beautician for many years and eventually retired in 2005 from New Image Hair Salon. When she wasn’t working, Pat enjoyed reading, playing Facebook games, bowling, camping, and bingo.
To cherish her memory, Pat leaves a son, Kyle (Darla) Rychener; two stepchildren, Carie Griesinger and Dan Waldfogel; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three sisters, Doris (Jerry) Musgrove, Jackie (Clinton) Osborn, and Carol Parrish; and a daughter-in-law, Andrea Green.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene Waldfogel; significant other, Gary Mohr; a son, Tracy Green; two brothers, Robert and Ernest Norris; and a sister, Leona Swan.
The family will receive friends at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home in Adrian on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 2:00 until 6:00 pm. Burial of cremated remains will take place in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park at a later date.
