Geraldine Bernice Warnick, age 99, of Grass Lake, MI, passed away on July 12, 2024, Kresge Rehabilitation Center, Chelsea, Michigan.
Geraldine was born on September 18, 1924 in Crawfordsville, Indiana. On December 20, 1942, she married Rev. Raymond Warnick in Crawfordsville, IN.
He preceded her in death on June 16, 2003.
Geraldine graduated from from Crawfordsville High School. She then started her career as a church camp director and went on to manage two camps with her husband.
The couple had two children, Cheryl Withrow, and Beverly (Earl) Ruttkofsky. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Raymond, she was preceded in death by her parents and, son in law, Roger Withrow, and two brothers, Ross Jolley and Carl Jolley.
Geraldine was best known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication to The Lord.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Purse Martinez Funeral Home, Tecumseh, MI with Rev. Willam Leach officiating.
Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh. Michigan
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Purse Martinez Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Michigan.
