Adrian, MI – The Michigan Department of Transportation has announced a resurfacing project to take place in, and west of, the City of Adrian beginning next week. MDOT will start work on M-34 (Beecher Street/Road) and Industrial Drive Monday, July 15th. The anticipated end date is August 23rd.
The resurfacing will take place on Industrial drive to M-34 in the City of Adrian, extending west outside of the city to where Beecher Road and M-34 meet.
This project will require closing a single lane eastbound/westbound M-34 between Hazen Creek and Industrial Drive. Motorists should expect delays.
MDOT says that closing lanes during this type of work is necessary to provide the safest work area possible for crews and motorists.
