Adrian, MI – The Artalicious Silent Auction Committee is looking for artists, designers, and creative people to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art for this year’s auction fundraiser held during Artalicious in downtown Adrian later this year.
Funds raised from this event will support Lenawee youth art programs. This year’s theme is ‘In the Garden,’ with a focus on the Earth’s viability. Organizers say to use any materials you like – such as wood, paint, clay, glass, metal, paper, cloth, mixed media, or recycled objects. Artists are encouraged to be creative.
Project entry forms may be obtained in person at the Adrian District Library, located on East Maumee Street in downtown Adrian, or online at adrian.lib.mi.us.
This year’s auction is being hosted by the Adrian District Library. Completed project entries are due September 3rd. Bidding on items will begin on September 4th at 9:30 am and close during the Artalicious Fine Arts Fair on September 22nd at 4 pm.
