
Lenawee County, MI – The Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office could soon be using software to use for data downloads during the course of criminal investigations, resulting in cases moving more efficiently.
The County Personnel Ways and Means Committee approved a recommendation to be brought forward to the full board to ‘ok’ the purchase of Cellebrite software, hardware, licensing and training. That, along with evidence storage devices, would not exceed $39,000…and the money would come out of the sheriff’s office forfeiture fund.
