Adrian, MI – Over 50 City of Adrian residents were in attendance at Tuesday night’s meeting of the Planning Commission…as the group looked at changing ordinances about storage of recreational vehicles and accessories.

Proposed changes to the current ordinance included the length an RV could be, the type of material it could be stored on, the location it could be kept on your property, the the length of time it could be parked in your driveway.

A few upset residents spoke during the public hearing. Prior to the public hearing, members of the Planning Commission advocated for not changing the ordinance…but instead, wanted the current rules to be enforced.

They postponed voting on the proposed changes…and may revisit the ordinance. The Planning Commission is in the process of reviewing all City of Adrian ordinances, so it may come back up at a later date.
