Hudson, MI – Hudson Area Schools has decided to cancel school today due to a potential threat made to the district for today.
The school, in a post on social media, says that they believe this is connected to similar rumors from earlier this week. Hudson Area Schools says that a potential threat was reported earlier this week, and after a full investigation, it was found there had been no threat made.
Late Thursday evening another report of a threat was made through the OKAY2SAY tip hotline. Because the district has been unable to fully investigate the Thursday evening threat report, school will be canceled today.
Hudson Area Schools will follow up with school families over the weekend to inform them of the results of their investigation and to provide additional information regarding school on Monday.
