
Adrian, MI – Crime Stoppers of Lenawee issued an update on a counterfeit currency case, and are asking for the public’s help in a separate theft in the County.
The suspect in the counterfeit currency case, which was shared on September 12th, has been arrested in Virginia. He and another male are believed to have passed numerous $100 bills with identical serial numbers…and are due to be charged in Lenawee County.
The new case involves the theft of an ATM and Ford Pickup. Crime Stoppers says that the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help to identify subjects involved in stealing the ATM and red Ford Pickup.
The two items were stolen after midnight September 29th from 13639 Mulberry Road in Riga Township. The Ford pickup was recovered in Toledo.
