The parole board entered a continuance to his maximum, meaning he will remain incarcerated with the MDOC until his maximum sentence is completed in November of 2025. He has been incarcerated since 2011,

He is in jail on three counts of unlawful imprisonment of his three sons Tanner, Alexander, and Andrew Skelton.

They have been missing from the Morenci area since the day after Thanksgiving in 2010…when their father failed to return the boys to their mother, Tanya Zuvers.

Skelton has claimed he gave the children to an underground organization to protect them from abuse. He was denied parole in 2022 and 2020, and declined his parole interview in 2021.
