Pedestrian Struck by Two Vehicles, Killed in Northwest Ohio

Williams County, OH – An unidentified pedestrian was struck by two vehicles, and died on State Route 2 in Williams County, Ohio Thursday night.

The Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that a 21-year-old Stryker, Ohio resident driving a 2007 Cadillac STS struck a pedestrian that was in the roadway. The pedestrian was then struck by a 2013 Ford Transit Connect that was driven by a 24-year-old Montpelier, Ohio resident. Both vehicles were driving northbound on State Route 2 near milepost 14 in Springfield Township.

The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The identity of the pedestrian remains unknown at this time.
