Adrian, MI – The deadline has now passed for former residents of the Riverview Terrace Apartments in Adrian to move their belongings out of the building on College Avenue.
Building ownership published a letter stating that belongings must be removed from the condemned building by February 15th.
Over six months ago, staff discovered deep cracks in the structure, triggering an evacuation…forcing residents to find a new place to live.
The timeline to possibly fix the high-rise building is unclear.
