Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Personnel Ways and Means Committee voted to remove the hiring freeze for three budgeted positions within the Administrator’s office.
The Board of Commissioners will vote later today to make it ‘official’. About a month ago, the group decided to put a pause on hiring for these positions. That vote was not unanimous.
After discussions in a subcommittee, the Personnel Ways and Means Committee voted 7-1 to remove the hiring freeze.

The action by the Committee will be up for final approval at the full Board of Commissioners meeting this afternoon at 1:30pm.
