Adrian, MI – Living in Lenawee Realty donated over $45,000 in combined donations back to Lenawee County in 2022…with funds given to 29 different charities.
In addition to donating 5% of their gross commission to the charity of the buyer or seller’s choice, the team also sponsors several other non-profit fundraisers, local children’s teams and projects, as well as numerous community projects and endowments.
The top recipients in 2022 were Lenawee Cares and Lenawee Humane Society. Janis and Ed Montalvo believe in service regardless of opportunity and supporting the community they were both born and raised in.
