Lenawee County Election Preview: Township Supervisors and Trustees

Adrian, MI – WLEN News continues our series of stories on previewing the upcoming local Lenawee County elections in November.

Today, we are looking at several contested Township Supervisor and Trustee races.

  • In Macon, Lee Wagner and Dean T. Montrief are squaring off for the Supervisor position. Edward Clark and Joe Rine are running for a Macon Township Trustee spot.
  • Out in Blissfield, James Eitzen and Matthew Knoblauch are running for the position of Village President. Many people are on the ballot for Blissfield Village Trustee… Michael Gunter, Barbara McHenry, Eric J. Rogers, Laurel Scott, Bob Valdez, and Timothy Watters.
  • In Clayton, Lori L. DeLine and Shannon M. Johnston are squaring off for the President position….while Jacob Bovee, Stephen Paul DeLine the Second, Ken M. Grubbs, and Penny Jeffrey are battling for a trustee seat in Clayton.
  • There is also a contested race for Cement City Village Trustee…with Dustin Blakley, Carrie Mae Shafer, Jason D. Shafer, and John Weber up for the position.
