Blissfield, MI – The widow of a Lenawee County farmer spoke with WLEN News about proposed changes to Michigan Law about reporting deaths on family farms to the state within a certain time frame…and incurring fines if they don’t.

Barb Eisenmann, from the Blissfield area, talked about the night her husband was repairing a roof on a barn in November of 2019, and fell to his death. She said calling MIOSHA is not top-of-mind right after a tragic event…

Barb went on to talk about the months of work her family and friend had to do with the state agency…
