Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department reported on Wednesday that there are 28 COVID-19 hospitalizations in the county. They also reported 140 new cases, 1,688 active cases, and 3 new confirmed deaths from the virus since our last report on Tuesday.
Statewide, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reports that there were over 86,000 new confirmed cases from Saturday through Wednesday…with 501 new deaths, 346 of which were identified in a Vital Records Review.
58.3% of eligible Michiganders are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. That number in Lenawee County is 49.7%.
