
Lenawee County, MI – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported more than 11,000 COVID-19 cases from Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Lenawee County Health Department reported 44 new confirmed cases, with 18 in the hospital as of Wednesday morning. There have been 227 total COVID-19 deaths in the county since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently 181 Lenawee County residents with the virus monitoring at home.
In the State of Michigan, the MDHHS reported 11,722 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Tuesday and Wednesday. They also reported 330 total deaths over that time, with 230 of them identified during a Vital Records Review.
In Michigan, 56.5% of the eligible residents are fully vaccinated. That number for Lenawee County is at 48.3%.
