Chip Connin submitted this written response, saying that he was running for Morenci City Council because…
“… I am a conservative Christian and tired of the constant leftward drift of our nation and more specifically of the community in which I raised my two sons. I am one of only two voices on our Planning Commission who opposed the marijuana industry coming to our town. I believe in freedom, but also in law equality applied. The current trend of liberals having one law for me and a different standard for thee is unacceptable. I don’t believe in getting offended. In a nation of free speech, speak your mind and be prepared to logically defend your position.”
City of Hudson
City of Hudson voters will have an opportunity to elect members to their Council. For the three available Hudson City Council seats: Lee Ann Minton, Rick Morenco, Daniel Schudel, Natalie Loop, and Joseph Yeider.
