Onsted, MI – Crime Stoppers of Lenawee is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person or persons and vehicle that is responsible for shooting several rounds from a handgun in the area of the 6500 block of Onsted Highway near Teachout Road.
On September 27th at about 2am people living in the area contacted the Lenawee County 911 Dispatch Center reporting that they just heard several rapid fired shots in the area. The callers stated that there should be shell casings in the roadway and the callers have no idea what the shooter was shooting at.
Callers advised that an older model dark colored car was stopped on the roadway and the driver exited the vehicle and they heard several shots and the driver got back in the vehicle and left southbound on Onsted Highway.
