Sand Creek, MI – A Lenawee County man is going to Disney World after winning $1 million playing the Michigan Lottery’s Millionaire Wild Time instant game.
Arnold Kleindienst, of Sand Creek, bought his winning ticket at the Country Market, located at 1535 West Maumee Street in Adrian.
“Millionaire Wild Time is my favorite game since I have been having good luck on it recently,” said Kleindienst. “I work at the Country Market and purchased some tickets on my break. When I saw I’d won $1 million, I was so excited and overwhelmed.”
The 46-year-old player visited Lottery headquarters recently to claim his prize. He chose to receive his prize as a one-time lump sum payment of about $634,000 rather than 30 annuity payments for the full amount.
With his winnings, he plans to take his family on a trip to Disney World, complete some home improvements, and then save the remainder.
“Winning is a great feeling! It eases stress and will make life easier,” Kleindienst said.
