Adrian, MI – Current Adrian City Administrator Greg Elliott has been offered the same position for the City of Manistee, in northwestern Michigan.
The city council voted 4-3 to start negotiating a contract with Elliott, who has been the City Administrator in Adrian for about 10 months. He started with the City as the Community Development Director in 2019, and was offered the interim Administrator job in 2020.
WLEN News reached out to Elliott fo
r an interview, but did not get a response. At this time, it is unclear if he will take the job.
If Elliott leaves, Adrian will be looking for it’s third full-time Administrator since Shane Horn’s departure in 2018…who had been in the role for 5 years.
