Raisin Twp. Trustee Dies Following Battle with COVID-19

Raisin Twp., MI – A man who was recently elected as a trustee for Raisin Township has passed away following a battle with COVID-19.

63 year old James Manley, of Adrian, passed away on November 27th at Hickman Hospital.

He graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1975, in 1991, from Eastern Michigan University.

At the time of his passing, Jim was the Global Director of COS at Carlisle. He was also the co-founder of Re-Bicycle Lenawee.

Visitation for James Manly will be held on Tuesday, December 8th, from 3-8pm and on Wednesday, December 9 from 10-11am at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private, family-only service will follow the visitation.
