
Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department reported 38 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Friday, increasing the total number of cases from 1,261 to 1,299.
80% of the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 are considered discontinued from isolation and improving (or 1,038 out of 1,299).
The LCHD also said that 18% of the total confirmed cases (or 234 out of 1,299) were monitoring at home.
The Lenawee County Health Department reported that there were six COVID-19 related hospitalizations, and total 21 deaths.
Statewide on Thursday the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported 5,710 new cases, upping the total in Michigan to 197,806. MDHHS reported 51 deaths on Thursday, with 26 identified during a Vital Records review. There have been 7,470 COVID-19 deaths in Michigan.
