
Adrian, MI – WLEN News has the unofficial Primary Election results for Lenawee County!
For Sheriff… Troy Bevier defeated fellow Republican Michael Bresnik by a vote count of 8,053 to 3,121.
Will Garcia won the Democratic nomination for Representative in the State Legislature- 57th district. James Goetz won the Republican nomination for 7th District of County Commissioner.
Other winners included…
Michael Herr, Stephen May, Ben Ruesink, and Raymond Thompson – Adrian Township Trustee position.
Diann Paul-Warner will be on the ballot for Blissfield Township Clerk.
Shawn Rohrback – Cambridge Township Treasurer
Otis Garrison and Norm Gentner – Cambridge Township Trustee
Basil Greenleaf – Clinton Township Supervisor
Ronald Cousino – Deerfield Township Supervisor
Pam Witt – Deerfield Township Treasurer
Jamie Frank and Daniel Witt – Deerfield Township Trustee
Michael Birdsell and Randy Swander – Dover Township Trustee
David Pixley – Palmyra Township Supervisor
Mark Crane and Steven Papenhagen – Palmyra Township Trustee
Tom Hawkins – Raisin Charter Township Supervisor
Scott Gosselin – Rome Township Supervisor
Almost all millages and proposals… including the charter amendment in the City of Adrian… all passed. The only one that did not pass was the Macon Township General Tax Proposal.
