Where Does Lenawee County, Surrounding Counties, and Michigan Stand with COVID-19?

Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department reported Tuesday morning that there were 331 total confirmed cases of COVID-19, an increase of three from Monday.

There are 130 people monitoring at home, and 187 people “discontinued from isolation and improving.”

Three people were in the hospital as of Tuesday morning. 11 total deaths from COVID-19 have been reported in Lenawee County.

There was 1 COVID-19 death reported by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services on Tuesday between the counties of: Lenawee, Jackson, Monroe, Hillsdale, and Washtenaw. It was in Jackson County, bringing their total deaths up to 32.

Between all of those counties, there has been a total of 198 deaths  from COVID-19, and 3,869 total confirmed cases… up 40 from Monday’s totals.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported that statewide on Tuesday there were 669 new cases, and 16 deaths. 11 of them were identified during a Vital Records review.

The statewide total death number is 6,170… and the total number of cases in Michigan is at 79,176.
