Adrian, MI – The Adrian Safe Neighborhoods Project is asking for citizen’s input via an online survey about crime prevention and placemaking.
The Safe Neighborhoods Project kicked off in late 2019 with a public workshop, where attendees learned about Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design and placemaking, working with city maps to identify crime hotspots and areas that could become great places.
The design of Adrian’s streets, sidewalks, landscaping, lighting and much more can directly impact crime levels. Through the online survey and Photovoice project, citizens can be engaged and share their stories and ideas for change.
