
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is closing 9.2 miles of I-94 between M-14 and US-23 in Washtenaw County for resurfacing work.
The closure will start at 10pm on Friday August 17th, and the road will reopen at 5am Monday August 20th.
Eastbound I-94 will be closed from M-14 to US-23. The Jackson Avenue, Ann Arbor-Saline Road, State Street, and northbound US-23 ramps to eastbound I-94 will be closed as well.
The detour routes are as follows:
- Eastbound I-94: Take eastbound M-14 to southbound US-23 to get back to eastbound I-94.
- Westbound I-94 ramp to northbound US-23: Take westbound US-12 to northbound US-23.
- Northbound US-23 ramp to eastbound I-94: Take eastbound US-12 to eastbound I-94.
- Northbound US-23 ramp to westbound I-94: Take eastbound US-12 to westbound I-94.
