MONROE — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim in Saturday’s hotel homicide and announced a charge in the case.
Sheriff Troy Goodnough says the victim is 46-year-old Cazz Lireece Vinson of Monroe.
Authorities say 46-year-old Mark Shane Holmes of Toledo, was arraigned Sunday on a charge of manslaughter and is being held on a $500,000 bond.
