Laura Jean Donko, age 76, of Tecumseh, MI has passed and went to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 25, 2026.
She was born June 24, 1949 in Tecumseh, Michigan the daughter of Robert and Myra (Ousterhout) Bush. On April 2, 1971 she married Roy Allen Donko in Britton, Michigan.
He survives
She attended Tecumseh Church of the Nazarene where she loved to worship with her special Friend Vera. She was always praying and thinking of others as she Loved her Family greatly. She also Loved listening to Gospel Music.
In addition her husband Roy, of 54 years, she is survived by her son, Steven Donko of Brooklyn Michigan, and her special Angel friend Suesen Dresch also of Brooklyn Michigan, her daughter, Nancy Donko of Tecumseh, her sister, Linda (Dave) Stretch, sister-in-law MaryAnn Bush, Several Nieces, Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Myra Bush, brothers, Larry and Lynn Bush.
Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Michigan with Pastor John Livengood officiating.
A funeral luncheon will follow at Tecumseh Church of the Nazarene, 1001 N. Union Street, Tecumseh, Michigan.
Visitation will also take place Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m. at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Michigan.
